ACADEMY FELLOW APPLICATION

ATTENTION ALL GRADUATING ACADEMY MEMBERS

If you are a member of the Academy that has attended the requisite number of events to achieve Fellow status and you will be graduating this May, please email Dr. Karin Huebner (khuebner@usc.edu) by Friday, February 17 with:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your student ID number
  • your major(s) and minor(s)
  • your CV
  • the first semester you began attending events (i.e. Fall 2013). Additionally, if you can give an idea of what events you attended and the number of events you attended (paying particular attention to the Quadrants) to assist us in verifying our records, please do so.
If you are unsure whether you will qualify for Fellow status, please review the requirements outlined here.
