APPLICATIONS FOR THE MAY 2015 INDUCTION CEREMONY WILL CLOSE FEBRUARY 16TH!
If you are a member of the Academy that has attended the requisite number of events to achieve Fellow status and you will be graduating this May, please email Dr. Karin Huebner (khuebner@usc.edu) and copy program assistant Maureen Lenker (lenker@usc.edu) with:

your major(s) and minor(s)
your CV
the first semester you began attending events (i.e. Fall 2011) Additionally, if you can give an idea of what events you attended and the number of events you attended (paying particular attention to the Quadrants) to assist us in verifying our records, please do so.
