Nandini Rajagopalan, is the Capt. Henry W. Simonsen Chair in Strategic Entrepreneurship and Professor of Management and Organization in the Marshall School of Business. Her published research examines corporate diversification, innovation and strategic alliances, CEO succession and compensation systems, strategic change, and corporate governance in emerging economies. She has been an Associate Editor of the Academy of Management Journal, and serves on the editorial boards of the Academy of Management Journal, the Strategic Management Journal, and the California Management Review. She is a Distinguished Faculty Fellow at USC’s Center for Excellence in Teaching, and a recipient of USC’s Mellon Mentoring Award. Professor Rajagopalan teaches courses on global strategy in the Marshall MBA, Executive MBA and Global Executive MBA programs.
